Smart H2O wants the customer to acknowledge that the product that they have purchased has not been damaged and/or the box is still in tact, not dirty or with any tears apart from the tap and straps provided and the box and is repackable.
Written notice of any issues you may have prior to 30 days from purchase date.
It will be the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the freight back to Smart H2O.
Smart H2O will need to have received the goods before the 30 days has expired.
Smart H2O will have the goods posted or delivered to the customer with 3-5 business days from purchase date.
